First installation did not work,Tech at Motorola checked, this disk is the new version, will work with RAZR V3, tech told me to uninstall and reinstall program-i did and Moto Phone Tools works fine.very happy with A-1 Saved about $50 on purchase moto disk arrived promptly. A-1 sent Version 4.5, Not the 4.0 as on Amazon site.
the delivery was fast and I do not have complaints very I am pleased with the product.
Would use this seller again. Very easy to use and charges while you are "syncing" to your computer. I ordered this product not expecting a whole lot for the money that the seller was asking for, boy was i shocked. This cord and software is what every phone should come with, makes life so easy now because we can just move the pictures, calendar, you name it, right onto the computer.
During installation, the software went through three update cycles to get to the latest version of the software (5.x). No problems installing on windows XP.
